Jeff Horvath, MBA, SHRM-SCP, is the interim vice president of people and organization (P&O) for BluePearl Specialty and Emergency Pet Hospital. Jeff has an undergraduate degree in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton. He has over 15 years of experience in human resources, mostly in the healthcare and veterinary industries. In 2018, Jeff assumed the role of director of P&O at BluePearl. Today, Jeff oversees all aspects of P&O, supporting BluePearl’s 100+ hospitals and ancillary medical services, and bringing together nearly 8,000 associates with a focus on well-being, total rewards, culture, and talent development.
